WHAT PERSONAL DATA DOES THE JOHAN CRUIJFF ARENA PROCESS?
Personal data that you provide to us
If you order tickets through our website to attend, for example, a football match, concert or tour, you will be asked for your name, address, place of residence, telephone number, email address and your payment details (such as your bank account number or credit card number). We process this data to properly handle the reservation. We can exchange your data (name, address and place of residence) with Ajax for information regarding admission tickets for Ajax matches. When you contact our customer service, or when you contact us in any other way (for example via social media), we can process this data to provide you with the best possible service. We handle your personal data for processing orders or making offers. For example, when purchasing entrance tickets, you can be made aware of offers, packages or merchandise from our web shop. It is not possible to unsubscribe from this service. In addition, the ArenA provides additional services to make your visit easier. This is how you can place an order from your seat and receive notification when your order is ready. For these services, we process personal data such as your name, bank account number and telephone number. You can decide for yourself whether you want to use these additional services.
For both your and our own safety, the Johan Cruijff ArenA uses camera surveillance. We do not keep the images longer than the legally required period. We keep these camera images to comply with legal obligations such as court orders regarding the detection and prosecution of criminal offenses. We may transfer this personal data to the competent authorities to protect our rights and property. It is not possible to unsubscribe from this. In some cases, camera images may be processed for additional services. For example, the ArenA can give you access to the stadium by facial recognition. This only happens when you explicitly authorize it. In addition, photos and videos are made of the public during events in the Johan Cruijff ArenA to give you a lasting memory of your visit. During your visit to the Johan Cruijff ArenA you can make free use of our Wi-Fi network. To access the network, you need to create an account. You do this by entering your first name, last name and email address. You can also choose to log in via a social media account. In that case we will receive your first name, last name and email address from the social media provider. To use the Wi-Fi network, you must agree to the terms and conditions. To ensure that you do not have to log in every time you visit, we keep your email address to provide you with automatic access to the Wi-Fi network on your next visit. We keep your email address for one football season. The terms and conditions also state that we can use your email address to send you an invitation to a customer satisfaction survey to improve our services. The Johan Cruijff ArenA bases this handling on legitimate interest. Participation in the customer satisfaction survey is completely free of obligation. When you use the parking spaces on the ArenAdek, we ask for your name, license plate number and telephone number. We do this to recognize you and your car when you enter the ArenAdek at the barriers. We can also use your license plate number to contact you in an emergency or if something is wrong with your vehicle, for example if your car is parked incorrectly. Before or after your visit to the Johan Cruijff ArenA, you can use our accessibility page. When you purchase a ticket for an event through a ticket partner of the event organizer, the partner provides us with a file of ticket numbers and surnames of the ticket buyers. We use this information to enable access at the entrances to the Johan Cruijff ArenA.

All data used for this is anonymized from the initiation of the information. This means that no personal data is processed in this context. During your visit to the Johan Cruijff ArenA, we investigate how visitors walk through the stadium. We do this by following the Wi-Fi signals emitted by mobile phones.
