Metallica is coming to the Johan Cruijff ArenA

American metal band Metallica just announced their M72 World Tour, which has two dates in the Johan Cruijff ArenA in Amsterdam. The band is making sure every weekend will be a no repeat weekend; they'll never play the same setlist in the same weekend and have different opening acts on each night. On Thursday April 27 and Saturday April 29, 2023, Metallica will perform in the ArenA. The tour will be based on their next album 72 Seasons. The album is available for pre-order from December 2.

The ticketsale for weekend tickets will start on Friday December 2 at 9:00 AM via Ticketmaster. Single day tickets will be available from January 20.

For this tour the infamous Metallica Snake Pit will come back. There will also be an I Disappear full tour pass, for fans who want to go to all tour dates, and there are discounted tickets for kids under the age of 16.
