Important update: warm weather expected

Due to the warm weather that is expected during Verknipt ArenA you are allowed to bring an empty 0.5 liter plastic water bottle into the stadium. There will also be extra water stations where you can refill your bottle. We advice you don't dress too warmly, and to help you stay cool during the event additional ventilation will be in operation.

Accessibility

Public transport

There are two train stations near the Johan Cruijff ArenA: Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA and Duivendrecht. Both stations are within walking distance of the stadium. Check the NS website NS website for possible engineering works on your route. Plan your trip in advance with the NS travel planner on the NS website or app. You can also reach the Johan Cruijff ArenA by bus. Plan your route with the 9292 OV planner.

Bicycle

You can park bicycles at the forecourt of Woonmall Villa ArenA and at Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station.

Car

If you travel by car, we advise you to leave in good time and enter the area via S112/Gooiseweg. From there, you will be directed to a suitable parking location. You can also use the P+R network in Amsterdam (Amsterdam RAI, Olympic Stadium, P&R North).

• When does Verknipt ArenA start and end? 
  Doors of the stadium will open at 8:30 PM for Early Entrance. These tickets give access to a special B3B pre-show from 9PM - 10PM. Regular visitors can enter from 10PM, at which time the main show starts. It is possible to enter the stadium until 5AM. Verknipt ends at 8AM.
• Is the roof open or closed?
  The roof will be closed during Verknipt ArenA.
• Where can I enter the stadium?
  The correct entrance for your ticket is stated on your ticket. It is not possible to enter the stadium via another entrance. You can use our Wizzymaps to locate your entrance.
• Am I allowed to bring food and/or drinks into the stadium?
  A wide variety of food and drinks are sold at the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Bringing (water)bottles, food and/or drinks is not allowed. All food and drinks will need to be disposed of in the available trash bins at the stadium entrances. Visitors who rely on items such as insulin syringes for medical reasons can send a medical certificate and/or medication passport to info@johancruijffarena.nl.
• Am I allowed to bring a bag into the stadium?
  Due to safety reasons, large bags or backpacks are not allowed in the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Bags no larger than A4 size (21 x 30 cm) and not thicker than 10 cm are allowed.
• Am I allowed to bring a power bank into the stadium?
  Compact power banks that are smaller than a mobile phone are allowed into the stadium.
• How can I pay?
  Johan Cruijff ArenA is a cashless event. This means you can only pay by credit or debit card at Verknipt ArenA. Cash will not be accepted & there are no cash top up points.
• Am I allowed to use drugs?
  Verknipt maintains a zero tolerance policy on drugs. It is forbidden to use, trade or possess any drugs at the event. If you are caught with drugs, you will be transferred over to the police. Before entering the event you will be able to deposit drugs in the designated drug bins without being charged with any consequences.
• Where is the First Aid located?
  Multiple first aid posts are available throughout the stadium, with mobile teams patrolling the field and rings. First aid locations are marked with signs. In case of an emergency, stewards can assist in finding first aid posts or mobile teams.
• Am I allowed to smoke?
  Johan Cruijff ArenA is a smoke free venue. There are no areas where smoking is allowed. Vaping is also prohibited. If you want to smoke, please do this before entering the event and after you’ve left. 
• Is there a Kiss & Ride?
  The Kiss & Ride is located at P1. When you arrive, please inform the staff that you are there for the Kiss & Ride to receive a card, which you can use to pay upon exiting.
• Are there lockers?
  All tickets for lockers are sold out. There will be a limited amount of lockers available at the stadium.
