The Johan Cruijff ArenA is a public-private organization that works closely with AFC Ajax and the municipality of Amsterdam. As a multifunctional stadium, we strive to create the best experience for our visitors to football matches, concerts and business events. Mission statement
The Johan Cruijff ArenA is the football stadium of the Netherlands, home to AFC Ajax and the Dutch national team. It also provides multifunctional accommodation for large-scale, national and international music and dance events as well as smaller-scale meetings in (mainly) the business segment. These activities take place in close collaboration with various partners. High-quality services, state-of-the-art facilities, safety and optimal public experience are the most important strategic pillars. The Johan Cruijff ArenA is one of the most sustainable stadiums in the world and is internationally regarded as a role model for modern stadium construction and operation. The Innovation Center functions as a living lab and showroom for innovative concepts for stadium management and event experience.

Johan Cruijff ArenA Organization
Johan Cruijff ArenA is operated by Stadion Amsterdam CV. It consists of the following business units:
- Commercial Affairs: rental activities, catering, marketing and tours.
- ArenA Facilities: management and maintenance of the stadium, new and renovation projects and provision of building-related services (e.g. cleaning).
- ArenA Events: integral realization of sports, music and dance events in collaboration with organizers, "from ticket purchase to satisfied return home".
- Amsterdam Innovation Arena: a joint effort by expert partners who are sharing their knowledge and networks with the aim of making the Johan Cruijff ArenA the most innovative stadium in the world.
- Staff: financial, legal and human affairs, communication, secretariat and external relations.
Stadion Amsterdam Exploitatie BV is the managing partner of Stadion Amsterdam CV and the Founders are the limited partners.
