On the day of a football match or concert
The stadium opens 1.5 hours before the start of an Ajax match. Main entrance E opens 2.5 hours before the start of an Ajax match. Different opening hours apply for KNVB matches and concerts. Check our event calendar for current times.

On days without events
The Johan Cruijff ArenA is open from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 6 pm. On weekends we are open from 9 am to 6 pm. You enter the stadium via main entrance E.

Concerten
Via Wizzy Maps vind je de locatie van jouw ingang. De ingang op jouw ticket is de juiste ingang waar je gebruik van kan maken. Het is niet mogelijk om via een andere ingang naar binnen te gaan.

To move easily through the stadium, you can use several escalators. Depending on your entrance, these go up to the first or second ring. The escalators are located at several entrances: main entrance E and entrances A, C, G, J and M.

The first ring of the main stand contains sections 001 to 111, each with 21 rows. The remaining sections on the first ring, 012 to 129, contain 31 rows. The numbering of the rows starts at the bottom: row 0 is closest to the field, row 29 is at the top.

The second ring contains 27 rows. The numbering of the rows starts at the bottom: row 1 is closest to the field, row 27 is at the top.

The stage is set up in different places per concert. The possibilities are:
- end setting: with the stage on the north side of the stadium
- the round setting: with the stage in the middle of the stadium
- panorama setting: with the stage on the east side of the stadium

You can see the various sections on the map. Click on an event in the Calendar. Seat numbers are not visible on our website.

The range of food and drinks varies per section. If you would like to know what is available in your section, go to our event calendar, select your event and section number and check what is on offer.

No, at this moment there aren't any rules or measures.

There are no lockers in the stadium. You can, however, store all your belongings at Lockerpoint for a fee. For more information, please go to the Lockerpoint site.

Lost items that have not been collected will be returned to the hospitality desk at main entrance E after the event. Within 36 hours, we will place found items on the iLost website.

Visitors are not allowed to bring food and drinks into the stadium. There are plenty of food and beverage outlets in the stadium. We give confiscated (unopened) food and drinks to the food bank project in Amsterdam Southeast.

The rules around camera usage during events can vary. Please contact the organizer of the event you plan to visit for more information regarding cameras. 

Helmets are not allowed in the stadium. You can store your helmet at Lockerpoint for a fee. You can find Lockerpoint at the entrance of Ziggo Dome. There are a limited number of lockers available.

Alcohol is served during an event. Please note that no alcohol is served to visitors under the age of 18.

The Johan Cruijff ArenA is a non-smoking zone so there is a smoking ban throughout the entire stadium.

Bags of A4 size (30 cm x 21 cm x 10 cm) or smaller are allowed into the stadium after a security check. Bigger bags, suitcases or items are not allowed inside. Bags, suitcases and items that are not allowed inside cannot be stored at the entrances of the stadium. Bags bigger than A4 size will be denied at entry.

If you have bags or suitcases you want to store away in a locker, you can do this at the lockers of Lockerpoint. There are two Lockerpoint locations. Click on the links below for more information about the Lockerpoints.

• Lockerpoint ArenApoort above the Ziggo Dome.
• Lockerpoint ArenApoort P5 at Villa ArenA.

In the stadium we do not take cash. You can pay only by PIN debit card (also contactless), Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, AmEx and VPay.

Na het succes van de HIStory World Tour in 1996, kwam Michael Jackson in de zomer van 1997 terug met een tweede reeks van de tour, waarbij hij optrad in meer Europese steden. Op 8 en 10 juni 1997 stond hij weer in een uitverkochte Amsterdam ArenA.

Booking in advance guarantees your spot. If you purchase a ticket at the stadium, it might be busy, and you may have to wait.

We are a cash-free stadium, so it’s not possible to buy a ticket with cash. 

If you can’t book a tour on a specific day or time, it may be fully booked, or no tours are available due to an event. 

If you are unable to attend, we can change the date and time free of charge. You can email us with your booking details. 

We send tickets through the Close app. After downloading the app, your tickets will be visible. 

The Close app provides relevant information before your visit. During the tour, you can also use the app, enhancing your experience.

You can book for groups via the webshop. For school or team bookings, we recommend emailing us at tour@johancruijffarena.nl.

Yes, you can buy a gift card in the webshop. You will receive a promo code to use when booking a stadium tour. Gift cards can only be used for the classic tour. 

You can receive a discount by showing your ticket or keycord, which you get when your tour starts, at the fan shop.

Wanneer je van tevoren reserveert, weet je zeker dat er plek voor je is. Koop je een ticket in het stadion, dan kan het voorkomen dat het druk is en je even moet wachten.

Wij zijn een cash-free stadion, daarom is het niet mogelijk om met contant geld een ticket te kopen.

Wanneer je de door jou uitgekozen tour niet kunt boeken op een bepaalde dag of tijd, kan het zijn dat deze volledig is uitverkocht of dat er die dag geen tours plaatsvinden vanwege een evenement. 

Mocht je echt verhinderd zijn, dan kunnen we de datum en het tijdstip kosteloos aanpassen. Je mag dan een e-mail sturen en daarbij je boekingsgegevens met ons delen. 

Wij versturen de tickets via de Close-app. Na het downloaden van de app zijn je tickets zichtbaar. 

Via de Close-app ontvang je voorafgaand aan je tour veel informatie die betrekking heeft op je bezoek. Ook kun je tijdens je stadiontour gebruik maken van de app. Dit zorgt ervoor dat je ervaring nog beter zal zijn.

Je kunt in de webshop boeken voor groepen. Wil je met een klas of voetbalteam gaan, dan willen we je adviseren om eerst te mailen naar tour@johancruijffarena.nl. 

Dit is mogelijk in de webshop. Je ontvangt een promotiecode die je kunt gebruiken om een stadiontour te boeken. Een cadeaukaart is alleen te gebruiken voor de klassieke tour.

Je kunt op vertoon van je ticket of keycord, die je ontvangt zodra je tour start.

You walk independently through the stadium and visit all the highlights. Along the way, guides are stationed in various locations to provide information and answer your questions or have a chat.

The classic tour takes approximately 75 minutes. However, you can set your own pace as you walk through the stadium.

Our guides speak Dutch and English. If you prefer to receive the tour information in another language, you can use the AudioGuide, which is available in German, English, French, Italian, Dutch, and Spanish. 

The classic tour is self-guided. If you prefer a tour with a guide, you can book the stadium tour with a guide or the VIP tour.

Absolutely! The stadium tour ends in the Ajax Gallery of Fame, where the trophies are on display.

We offer various stadium tours. In our webshop, you can view all the available products. The most common tour is the classic tour, which is self-guided. 

A kids tour lasts 2 hours, including 30 minutes of football. 

Yes, adults can definitely join! Children are not allowed to follow the kids tour without supervision.

The kids tour is only offered in Dutch. 

A VIP tour lasts 2 hours, including a drink in the Skylounge where you can relax. 

The VIP tour accommodates a maximum of 12 people, ensuring an exclusive experience.

We offer innovation tours. These are exclusive, customized tours. If you’re interested, you can email us at tour@johancruijffarena.nl.

Wij bieden verschillende stadiontours aan. In de webshop zie je alle producten die wij op dit moment aanbieden. De meest algemene rondleiding is de klassieke tour, deze rondleiding is zonder gids.

Je bent ongeveer 75 minuten onderweg tijdens de klassieke tour. Uiteraard bepaal je zelf hoe snel je rondloopt. 

Onze gidsen spreken allemaal Nederlands en Engels. Mocht je tijdens de rondleiding de informatie willen ontvangen in je eigen taal, dan kan dat middels de AudioGuide. Deze is te beluisteren in het Duits, Engels, Frans, Italiaans, Nederlands en Spaans.

De klassieke tour is altijd zonder gids. Wil je een tour met gids, dan kun je de stadiontour met gids of de VIP tour boeken. 

Je loopt zelfstandig door het stadion langs alle hoogtepunten. Onderweg staan er gidsen die je alles kunnen vertellen over de ruimtes. Je kunt hen alle vragen stellen en/of een praatje maken. 

Zeker! Je eindigt de stadiontour in de Ajax Gallery of Fame.

Na het downloaden van de Close-app krijg je een link. Via de link kun je de foto’s bekijken.

Een Kidstour duurt 2 uur, inclusief 30 minuten voetballen. 

Volwassenen mogen zeker mee! Kinderen mogen namelijk niet zelfstandig een kidstour volgen. 

De Kidstour wordt alleen in het Nederlands gegeven. 

Een VIP tour duurt 2 uur, inclusief een drankje in de skylounge om even tot rust te komen. 

De VIP tour heeft plek voor maximaal 12 personen, zo houden wij de rondleiding exclusief.

Wij bieden innovatie tours aan. Dit zijn exclusieve tours die op maat worden ingevuld. Mocht je hier interesse in hebben, dan mag je mailen naar tour@johancruijffarena.nl. 

Helaas is het niet toegestaan om een kinderwagen of buggy mee te nemen het stadion in. 

Alle stadiontours starten in het hoofdgebouw bij ingang E, naast de Ajax fanshop en het ArenA Café. 

Tijdens de rondleiding maken we gebruik van roltrappen. Richting het veld, de perskamer en het museum maken we gebruik van trappen. 

Je kunt uitstappen op station Bijlmer ArenA. Vanuit daar loop je makkelijk naar de Johan Cruijff ArenA. Je kunt ook gebruikmaken van de interactieve plattegrond die zichtbaar is in de Close-app.

Je kunt parkeren in P1, onder het stadion. Vanuit daar loop je richting hoofdingang E, waar de Stadiontour begint.

Tijdens de rondleiding maken wij veel gebruik van roltrappen/trappen. Wij willen je daarom vragen om na je boeking contact met ons op te nemen zodat wij een gids voor je kunnen inplannen. Dit kan door te mailen naar tour@johancruijffarena.nl. 

Helaas bieden we geen rolstoelen aan om te lenen in het stadion. We raden aan om zelf een rolstoel mee te nemen voor een comfortabel bezoek. 

Tassen groter dan A4-formaat zijn niet toegestaan en er zijn helaas geen opslagmogelijkheden aanwezig in de Johan Cruijff ArenA. Wij willen je vragen om hier rekening mee te houden. Er zijn rondom de Johan Cruijff ArenA kluisjes beschikbaar om persoonlijke spullen op te bergen.

Tijdens de tour is het maken van foto’s en video’s toegestaan, alleen met je telefoon of een kleine handcamera. Professionele camera’s worden niet toegelaten in het stadion. 

In het stadion zijn er helaas geen mogelijkheden om eten/drinken te kopen tijdens de tour. Wel zijn er in de omgeving van de arena veel restaurants waar je voor en na de tour wat zou kunnen eten/drinken.

De kleedkamer is niet altijd beschikbaar. Op wedstrijddagen van Ajax maken de spelers gebruik van deze ruimte. Ook op andere wedstrijddagen, zelfs wanneer Ajax uit speelt, kan de kleedkamer niet toegankelijk zijn. 

Voor de openingstijden verwijzen we je graag door naar de webshop, deze is altijd up-to-date voor alle rondleidingen.

All stadium tours start at the main building, entrance E, next to the Ajax fan shop and the ArenA Café.

We use escalators during the tour. To access the field, press room, and museum, stairs are used. 

You can get off at the Bijlmer ArenA station. From there, it’s a short walk to the Johan Cruijff ArenA. You can also use the interactive map in the Close app. 

You can park in P1, beneath the stadium. From there, walk towards entrance E, where the stadium tour starts.

As we use escalators and stairs, we recommend contacting us after booking so we can assign a guide for you. You can email us at tour@johancruijffarena.nl. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer wheelchairs for loan. We recommend bringing your own wheelchair for a comfortable visit. 

Strollers and buggies are not allowed inside the stadium.

Bags larger than A4 size are not allowed, and there are no storage facilities at the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Lockers are available nearby at Lockerpoint to store personal belongings. 

Yes, you are allowed to take photos and videos using your phone or a small handheld camera. Professional cameras are not permitted. 

Food and drinks are not available in the stadium during the tour, but there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area where you can eat or drink before or after the tour. 

The Ajax dressing room is not always accessible. On match days or event days, it may be in use by the players or event personnel, even if Ajax is playing away.
